COVID-19 club rules

Welcome back to Pulse Wednesbury! Please read our COVID-19 club rules before you visit us.

Football Rules

  1. Any person under the age of 13 must be accompanied by at least one adult supervisor over 18 years.
  2. Social Distancing Rules MUST be observed at all times. One-way systems, signage instructions and floor markings will be in place to assist with this.
  3. All visitors must hand sanitise on entry and exit.
  4. Any individual showing symptoms of COVID-19 will be required to leave site immediately and follow government guidance (please visit the NHS website for further information).
  5. On entry staff WILL conduct contactless temperature checks for your safety, if you have a temperature of 37.8 or above you will be turned away and advised to seek medical advice.
  6. All individuals on site must provide contact details this will help if needed to support NHS Track and Trace.
  7. Access to pitches is strictly via a pre booking system utilising contactless payment.
  8. Visitors must leave site immediately after their booking period.
  9. Users must not encroach the pitch or entry or exit areas until the previous users have left the vicinity.
  10. Spectators must socially distance in groups of 6 off the pitches in designated marked areas and stay distanced from other groups.
  11. The lead booker/adult supervisor is responsible for the behaviour, duty of care and social distancing of their group.
  12. Visitors must bring their own footballs and coaching equipment. Any fixed site equipment including goals must wiped / sanitised before and after moving or use.
  13. Toilets access will be permitted via a member of staff instruction and availability.
  14. Catering services will be delivered on a limited basis with contactless payment only and there will be a one-way system through this area
  15. Spitting (anywhere) or clearing of the nose onto the ground is strictly forbidden. (signage is in and around the facility)
  16. All drinks bottles and rubbish must be placed in bins provided or taken off site to avoid unnecessary surface contact.
  17. Anyone deemed to be breaking social distancing/safety guidelines will be asked to leave and risk future banning orders.
  18. Rule changes will only be made by Pulse Wednesbury following consultation and consideration of updated Government/Local Authority & F.A. updates.
  19. To ensure safety of all individuals on site the decision of the staff on access, rules and behaviour is deemed final.

Gym Rules

  5. All members must wear a face mask/covering when walking through the building.
  6. Access to the gym is strictly via a pre booking system.
  7. Visitors must leave site immediately after their booking period.
  8. Users must not encroach the gym or entry or exit areas until the previous users have left the vicinity.
  9. Toilets access will be permitted via a member of staff instruction and availability
  10. All members are advised to arrive changed and ready to workout as our changing rooms and showers will remain closed.
  11. Catering services will be delivered on a table service basis with contactless payment only and there will be a one-way system through this area
  12. Members visiting the Café area must wear a face mask/covering until seated at their table
  13. All members must follow the Rule Of Six when seated at a table

We are re-opening on the 12th of April! Please remember to book your gym slot on our website to secure your spot. Any football bookings need to be booked in advance with a member of staff on the phone or confirmed via email. See you soon!
